Secretary of State Wayne Williams will kick off the 2017 Go Code Colorado challenge, including unveiling the 2017 challenge statement -- the business problem participants are asking to solve using public data. Teams can begin work following the event, with the goal to make it through challenge weekend as a finalist, which opens up a trip to mentor weekend in Boulder and ultimately a shot at $25,000. This is a must-attend event for the tech entrepreneurship and business community to mix and mingle with some of Colorado's top tech leaders, and celebrates our thriving Colorado tech and entrepreneurship community.
The Go Code Colorado Kick-off will provide a unique opportunity to listen to tech leaders from all five Challenge Weekend sites (Colorado Springs, Denver, Durango, Fort Collins and Grand Junction) convince attendees into participating in their city. The evening will include complimentary beverages from one of the competition's 2017 sponsors, Great Divide, as well as appetizers.
