Our Modern Homesteading classes were created to give attendees the opportunity to learn self-sufficient practices while getting hands-on and having fun. Keith Hintz from Springside Cheese will be leading our second Modern Homesteading in the winter with a cheese making class!
Join us from 10 - 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 6th and learn how to make your own cheese. The class is $12, attendees can RSVP by emailing brittany.gutierrez@state.co.us or calling the museum at 719.583.0453.
