Gary Kujawski- HOA Information Officer with the Division of Real Estate, under the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) will be at the Pueblo Association of REALTORS®. As outreach to Colorado communities, he will discuss the role and function of this office, provide statistics and information regarding HOA issues and concerns that have been compiled, discuss the Annual Reports, inform about recent and upcoming HOA legislation, and listen and discuss issues with consumers and real estate professionals regarding HOA's in your community. Of course a big topic is the new Community Association Manager licensing program.
