Join Yoga Instructor Julie Emmons for an afternoon of restorative yoga for healing and relaxation. The class includes gentle to moderate restorative yoga, discussion on using yoga as a tool for health and well-being, and guided deep relaxation. Appropriate for beginning as well as experienced yoga practitioners.
