Sources of Serenity, a local massage and wellness center, invites the public to attend A Springtime Joytime Open House Event, on Friday, May 8 from 3-7 p.m., to introduce Harmonic Order Yoga as the newest addition to the wellness center's many services.
The new studio, located at 333 Court St., offers smaller, more personal classes with the instructor, Michele Woods. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade in the Iyengar tradition. This means proper alignment is taught as the foundation for a safe and effective yoga practice.
The event will include refreshments and prize drawings while Ms. Woods and some of her students perform yoga demonstrations for all who attend. Sources of Serenity will offer information on massage and the benefits of relaxation and healthy living. Attendees will also have a chance to learn about Young Living Essential Oils and see what other local vendors have to offer.
