Two Part Hands-On Workshop
Saturday, July 25, 9:00 am-4:00 pm
$20.00 Fee Limit: 12 participants
Pressure Canning, 9:00 am-12:00 pm
This hands-on workshop will teach pressure canning skills for low acid foods. Learn ways to prevent spoilage and illness.
Water Bath, 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
This hands-on workshop will hone your canning skills using the water bath method for high acid fruits.
To register, mail or bring payment to CSU Extension-Pueblo County by July 21.
