This will be an ongoing event to coincide with the event which will take place in Denver in October by the organization Walk A Mile In My Shoes On The Path To Peace. Pueblo Divine Science Church is asking individuals in the community who are able, to go through their shoe closet and donate gently used shoes at our church, 115 E. Routt, office 305 Broadway, to be distributed to individuals in the community who are in need. We plan to make this a yearly project, culminating each year on a date to be announced, with the distribution of said shoes. For it is in giving that we receive! Shoes can be dropped off at the church Sunday mornings, or by calling the church (719-543-0812) to make arrangements. We are currently also exploring an option for some sort of drop-off box to be located at the church.
