Do you have an ongoing health condition such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema or cancer? Centura's Community Health Advocate Program at St. Mary Corwin Medical Center is offering Healthy Living Colorado, a self-management class that empowers adults with a chronic condition to more effectively manage their symptoms and make healthier choices in their daily lives. The free class, beginning Thursday, September 1 and running through Thursday, October 6 will be offered in 6 weekly sessions from 9:30am - 12 noon. The class will take place at the Pueblo Step-Up Conference room, in the Medical Arts Building at St. Mary Corwin, 1925 East Orman Avenue, Suite A640. Participants will receive a copy of the book, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, and a relaxation CD, Relaxation for Mind and Body.
