Mathematics and Physics Building room 103
Stellar Evolution Part 1 Description:
Our local star, the Sun, started out no bigger than a speck of dust 4.5 billion years ago and now it makes up 99.82% of the mass of our solar system. What forces of nature worked together or against each other to create this massive nuclear engine? Join us we explore the birth, the life and death of not only our star but other stars. We'll be at the Mathematics and Physics Building, room 103 of the CSU-P campus. This is free to attend and everyone is welcome.
