The Nature & Raptor Center of Pueblo will present a Fall for Owls Event on Saturday, October 10 at Lake Pueblo State Park. This event will feature a release of two great horned owls, owl crafts, live owls to meet, a Colorado Owls program, and an owl prowl. There is no fee for the activities, however donations are appreciated. The Colorado Owl program, owl crafts, and the owl meet 'n' greet activities are at the state park Visitor Center where no parks pass is required. The release of the great horned owls, as well as the Owl Prowl will be inside the state park and a valid park pass is required on all vehicles that enter the park.
