Jose Ortega will present a program on Chicano and Chicana activism in the community of Salt Creek at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Fulton Heights Community Center, 1331 Santa Rosa St.
The program precedes a workshop Nov. 8 at El Pueblo History Museum, where Salt Creek residents have been invited to share their memories, stories and photos.
