2019 Visions of Light Show
A Juried Photography Exhibition
Theme: “Visions of Light”
Visions, Interpretations, and Use of LIGHT
The mission of Visions of Light Show [VOL] is to challenge photographers to go beyond producing a technically correct photographic image and demonstrate their use and/or control of light to help define the subject. The light can be natural or artificial; or a combination that enhances the impact, drama, emotion, and/or message of the image. The underlying theme is the vision, interpretation and use of LIGHT

Early Entry Begins: November 1, 2018
Early Entry Deadline: December 17
Entry Deadline: January 14, 2019
Acceptance Notifications: January 23
Art Delivery: February 23, 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Judge’s Seminar: February 28
Opening Reception: March 1, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Exhibition Dates: February 23 through April 26
Pickup: April 27, 10 a.m. to 12 Noon
