Wildscaping ambassador train- the-trainer workshop
11:00 AM
Rawlings Public Library, 4th floor Ryalls Room)
Wildscaping ambassador train- the-trainer workshop Description:
Do you enjoy gardening? Want to promote native landscapes, so others too can enjoy the benefits of gardening for wildlife?

Attend our train-the-trainer workshop made possible by the partnerships between Audubon Rockies, Colorado Native Plant Society and High Plains Environmental Center. We will engage and train volunteers on spreading the word about actively restoring natural habitat for birds, butterflies, and other pollinators by implementing water-wise and native gardens on our landscapes. Come enjoy meeting other fellow gardeners and learning the tools of the trade to deliver a presentation to your local garden center/nursery, garden clubs, community center, HOAs and more on the importance of creating native plant gardens that not only create a welcome place for birds, but benefit the environment and our communities too! **Special Notes: Attendees will receive a Wildscape Ambassador Handbook and invitation to our network sharing platform.
Lunch Provided.
