Come join the Colorado Lottery at the State Fair building from 3-7 pm and learn how to enter non-winning scratch tickets into your Android/iPhone Lottery application for this year's State Fair promotional drawings. No tickets will be accepted at the Fair this year--only online through the application. Scratch to the future and don't miss out on your chance to win!
