This Thursday July 20th at the monthly SCAS meeting Dr. Bill Brown will cover several aspects of the pending Total Solar Eclipse to include how best to photograph this amazing and predictable phenomenon. We'll have a few hundred solar glasses on hand to give to society members as well as anyone else that attends the meeting, free of course (limit one pair per person). We'll also cover where you can find SCAS the morning of the eclipse and the special telescopes we will be bringing for everyone to enjoy the view.
