PAWS for Life has grown from our humble beginnings in 1978 rescuing a handful of dogs, to becoming the premier no-kill shelter in the Pueblo area getting as many as 75 positive outcomes a month.
We could not have done this without the help of our generous supporters, as our adoption fees cover less than 1/3 of the shelter’s operating costs. The bulk of our funding comes from donors and events like this one!
