This AHA Heartsaver CPR AED and First Aid course provides the information and skills to assist in a life threatening emergency. Training also covers basic first aid treatment, skills and recognition.

This instructor led course covers:

-Adult choking, CPR and AED use
-Child choking, CPR and AED use
-Infant choking and CPR
-Opioid associated life threatening emergencies
-First aid basics

Intended audience: Heartsaver courses are intended for those with little to no medical training and for lay persons that wish to be prepared for an emergency. Course complies with OSHA standards and satisfies most job or regulatory requirements. Heartsaver trainings are great for teachers, coaches, police officers, corrections officers, office staff, daycare providers, employees, CNAs, babysitters, lifeguards, etc.. Recommend age is 12 .

Class will be held at the Pueblo West Library on August 17, from 9:30am - 4:30 pm
