Why do you think yoga is statistically as widespread as it ever has been? Why do you think a 5000-year-old practice has a firm footing in the health-scapes of our world?

Because it works. The principles of yoga work to keep our mind, body and spirit functioning at optimal levels.

Should functioning optimally matter to you? Does it make sense to settle for less? Why would we settle for less?

Reasons why we should want to function at optimal levels:
oLess downtime, more enjoyment
oLess illness, more vibrant health
oLess frustration, more satisfaction

Indeed our lifestyles are busy. We have jobs, we have families, and so many times, we leave no room for our own development.

As we repeat this pattern year after year, we run down our bodies and minds. We become sluggish, complacent and even sickly.

I am offering The New Beginner Yoga in two different formats to make it easy for all of you very busy people who are ready to see a shift in your life. The Workshop is a weekend intensive. Four sessions in three days. This is intense and requires commitment and dedication to learning.

The Course is 75 minutes twice a week, for five weeks.

I have four sessions of each on the schedule. See what feels best for your schedule and needs.

I highly recommend signing up for both The Course and The Workshop. Although there will be some overlap in information, it is information that is best absorbed through repetition and practice.
