Posada is hosting a fund raising event titled Juleps and Jodhpurs, a celebration of the Kentucky Derby May 7, 2016. Held on the spacious grounds of the historic Orman Mansion, 102 W. Orman Avenue, the lawn party will feature a hat competition, lawn croquet, mint juleps, New Orleans jazz music by Summit Hot Seven, a taste of the derby in-cluding a 5 ft. fountain filled with more than 100# of fresh shrimp, and of course the live airing of the Run for the Roses.

Doors open at 2:00 p.m. and the event ends at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased at Broadway Cup and Cork or online at www.julepsnjodhpurs.com You must be 21 or over to attend the event. Ticket proceeds will be directed to support Posada's extensive housing programs.
