Evening Walking Tour Pueblo's Neon Alley & the ARTery Description:
The Pueblo Heritage Museum invites you to join in an evening walking tour exploring the Future of the Past in Downtown Pueblo led by local historian and preservationist Gregory Howell. The focus of the program will highlight two of Pueblo's newest and most exciting destinations - Neon Alley and the Pueblo ARTery. The walking tour will begin at The Pueblo Heritage Museum and start with an exploration of Neon Alley and then proceed south to the Riverwalk with brief stops at the Riverwalk and Memorial Hall before beginning the ARTery tour in the heart of Downtown Pueblo. The ARTery features dozens of new murals and art installations and will include a special visit to the Historic Federal Building at 5th & Main. The walk will end with a reception at the Historic Tutt Building on Central Plaza which is currently home to Kadoya Gallery.
The tour is limited to 30 guests so please reserve your space today. Each participant will receive a complimentary First Edition Pueblo Walking Tour Guide Book featuring the main destinations along this walking tour route. This tour is free for members of the Pueblo Heritage Museum. For non-members we kindly ask for a donation of $5 per person. To become a member today, please visit the Museum website and join now. Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the program.
To help you prepare for the walk, please consider reviewing the WELLNESS section of the Pueblo ARTery website. We will be walking at a leisurely pace for approximately 90 minutes so please dress comfortably and appropriately.

About the Tour Leader | Gregory Howell
Storyteller, curator and creative economy consultant, Gregory made his way to Pueblo via Tokyo to join a team of innovative physicians in the launch of a network of medical clinics in Colorado and Texas. While living in Pueblo, Gregory immediately realized the powerful and yet untold story of the new creative economy in one of America's great industrial landscapes which was once dominated by the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company. Gregory is the owner of Kadoya Gallery on Central Plaza in Downtown Pueblo and since his arrival in Southern Colorado has launched the Shoe Factory, the ARTery and the Underground in the Historic Federal Building. He is an active Board Member of the Steelworks Center of the West. As a branding and marketing specialist in the arts, Gregory is about to launch his new methodology called the Tray of Life to help creatives amplify the narrative of their story. In late 2018 Gregory will be releasing his first major storytelling effort Jackie & the Taj which shares the powerful and compelling story of First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy's historic trip to India in 1962.
