Colorado Senator Jerry Sonneberg will be hosting a legislative hearing, August 5, 2015, 9AM - Noon, @ the State Capital, regarding the damages caused to its' citizens, by the "bad law" enacted by Colorado legislators, regarding Conservation Easements.
Among various presenters will be respected attorneys, a retired Judge, long time well respected legislators; who have spent considerable time reviewing the CO C/E laws the State enacted, since 1999 and found them to be blatant violations of the constitution as well as damaging to the welfare of the state. Various media (TV & and prominent newspapers) are expected, to cover this event.
