West Mountain Dental, along with Barbara C. Murray, LCSW are hosting their Inaugural 5K called the Mental/Dental 5K Run/Walk, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 16.
All proceeds will go to Mental Health America of Colorado and Dentistry from the Heart, two nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping those in financial need gain access to these very necessary services.
The race will start and end at West Mountain Dental's office at 141 S. Purcell Blvd, Suite 120, Pueblo West.
Registration and packet pick-up starts at 7:30 a.m.; race starts at 8:30 a.m.

The race costs $25 for adults and $15 for the kid's 1K Fun Run.
Awards will be given to first place male and female runners and medals to all kids, just for participating.
